The perfect gray coat

And it only took a few months to find.

I regularly purge my closet for pieces I no longer wear (or want to wear the next season). At the end of last summer I donated my previous grey coat. It was a few years old and was looking a little worse for wear to be honest.

But, when fall came around, I realized I had made a huge mistake because ALLL of my other coats are statement items (#fashiongirlproblems). Cue frantically searching the web and nearby stores for a replacement. And after literal months of indecisiveness, I finally landed on this little number from Club Monaco. Compared to the other coats I’d tried, it fits much better, has a timeless silhouette, and is actually warm.

Needless to say I’ll be wearing it every chance I get.
